We're not at The Villages right now, so almost everything was done remotely and Clay was right there for us, and still is as there's a few outstanding issues we need to clear up. He also offered the best advise when we started negotiating for the unit and made sure that the sellers did all they had to do as a result of the inspection. I highly recommend him.
